By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973], the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 395/2025 dated 27.08.2025, lodged at Police Station Sangam Vihar, District South, New Delhi, under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states upon instructions that the chargesheet that has already been filed. 3.

In view of the above statement, Mr. Akash Deep Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to the petitioner to take such remedies as may be available in law. 4.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
