Prima facie, we are of the view that the petition suffers from delay and latches as the prayer pertains to unconditional release of 349.80 grams of seized gold, which was seized vide receipt no.41304, dated 12th November, 2025.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a motion for withdrawal of the petition as he intends to take recourse to such other remedies as is permissible and available in law. 3.

That being so, the petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
