% 15.01.2020 In brief, the facts of the case are that on 1.10.2018, the complainant was purchasing vegetables at around 8.30 PM near MCd Office, Tagore Garden, Delhi.

One boy came from behind and chocked her and robbed her hand bag containing cash Rs.1000/-. The complainant raised hue and cry and petitioner was arrested at the spot and purse was recovered from him. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the accused is in judicial custody since 2.10.2018. It is stated that complainant has already been examined and no useful purpose will be served in keeping the petitioner in judicial custody. State has filed the status report. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the bail application submitting that the allegations are grave and serious.

Be that as it may, complainant has already been examined and the petitioner is in judicial custody since 2.10.2018, and the remaining

witnesses are police officials, and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court, subject to the condition that he shall not indulge in illegal activities and he should not leave India without prior permission of the court below.
