This is an application seeking extension of time to comply with the judgment dated 14.08.2024 passed in the present petition by this Court.

By the above Judgment, this Court, granting a period of three months to the respondents to implement the said Judgment, directed as under:

"11. The writ petitions are, accordingly, allowed by directing the respondents to grant the benefit of the replacement scales as per the recommendations of the 5th CPC to the petitioners w.e.f. 01.01.1996 as against The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 10.10.1997. However, taking into account the delay on the part of the petitioners in approaching this Court, we direct that though the notional fixation of pay replacement scale be granted to the petitioners w.e.f. 01.01.1996, any consequential arrears on this count will be restricted to a period of three years prior to the date of filing of the respective writ petitions. The exercise in terms of this order will be carried out within a period of three months."

Having perused the contents of the application, though we do not find any justification for granting further extension of time for implementing the said Judgment, still grant further four weeks‟ time to the respondents to implement the same, making it clear that no further extension shall be granted for the said purpose. 4.
