The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of these Petitions, the Petitioner and Respondent No. 1, after extensive deliberations, have amicably resolved all disputes and differences pertaining to the subject matter of the present proceedings and the Opposition proceedings pending before Respondent No. 2 as stated in these Petitions. 3.

In view of the above Settlement arrived at between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 1, the Petitioner does not wish to pursue these Petitions and accordingly, seeks permission to withdraw the same. 4.

The learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 agrees with the averments made in the present Applications.

In view of the above statement made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner as well as considering the averments made in these Applications, the present Applications are allowed and the Petitions being, C.O. (COMM.IPD-TM) 15/2025, C.O.

(COMM.IPD-TM) 16/2025, C.O.

(COMM.IPD-TM) 17/2025 and C.O. (COMM.IPD-TM) 18/2025 are dismissed as withdrawn.
