% 23.03.2016 The present petition came up for hearing on 9th January, 2015 when notice was issued to the respondent no.2. On 17th April, 2015, respondent no.2 was served and time was sought for filing reply. On 24th July, 2015, last opportunity was given to the respondent no.2 for filing reply.

On 8th October, 2015, neither there was appearance on behalf of respondent no.2 nor reply was filed. Consequently, right to file reply by respondent no.2 was forfeited. The matter was listed on 28th January, 2016 when nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in the prosecution of the

present matter.

The present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. P.S.TEJI, J MARCH 23, 2016 aa
