Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the filing of the present application, the petitioner has learnt that her appointment has already been cancelled vide communication dated 13.02.2025. She, submits that she would challenge the above said cancellation order. She therefore, submits that without prejudice to her rights and contentions she does not want to pursue her present application. 2.

The application is accordingly disposed of without prejudice to rights and contentions of the respective parties.
