By virtue of the present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted for a period of thirty days in FIR No.491/2025 dated 25.07.2025 registered at PS.: Ranhola, Outer District, Delhi under Sections 109(1)/191(2)/191(3)/190/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Considering birth of the female child and her mother, who is the wife of the applicant, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 29.12.2025 in FIR No.491/2025 dated 25.07.2025 registered at PS.: Ranhola, Outer District, Delhi under Sections 109(1)/191(2)/191(3)/ 190/3(5) of the BNS and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 is extended for a further period of three days on the same terms and conditions as recorded in the order dated 29.12.2025. 5.
