Pursuant to the previous order dated 29th January 2025, counsel for Delhi Police states that the articles had been given back to the petitioner; petitioner's counsel confirms the same.

Needless to state that the petitioner will vend only in compliance of the terms of the Certificate of Vending (CoV). 3.

It is pointed out by the counsel appearing on behalf of the Triveni Shopkeepers Welfare Association, Seikh Sarai Transport Authority, Phase - The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. II, who seeks to intervene in the matter, that the vendor is violating the conditions of CoV.

It is already recorded in Courts order dated 09th February 2024 in para 5 that, "Since the petitioner is vending from a hand cart, we are unable to accept that the petitioner is required to be treated as a stationary street vendor."

Accordingly, no further orders are required in this petition. 6.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
