Counsel for respondent states that there is some delay in implementing the order of this Court on account of financial difficulty. 2.

He has handed over a communication dated 5th March 2025, which states that in compliance with the judgment dated 14th August 2024, the pay of petitioner has been revised to Rs.24,500/- with effect from 11th December 2018, and a supplementary bill on account of arrears due towards difference in salary, amounting to Rs.5,04,110/-, has been vetted by accounts department and will be paid to the petitioner in the month of April 2025. 3.
