% 07.03.2018 Status report in terms of proceedings dated 28.02.2018 has been submitted which indicates that there are no previous adverse antecedents against the applicant.
During the course of submissions made on 28.02.2018 and as submitted today on behalf of the petitioner that the other co-accused in the instant case are on bail and that the injuries sustained by the injured were caused by a blunt object and are simple in nature as also brought forth through the MLC No. 268057 of Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, Shahdara, Delhi and as per record there is also a cross-FIR no. 560/17, PS Gokul Puri in relation to the same incident. In the circumstance of the case, despite the opposition on behalf of the State submitting to the effect that the applicant had assaulted the injured with an iron rod on his head, taking into account the factum that other co-accused are on bail, injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature, the applicant is allowed to be released on
bail on his furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with directions that he shall not leave th e country, shall not tamper with the evidence, shall not intimidate the witnesses and shall not commit any offence whatsoever.
