At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the decision has already been taken by respondent on 16.01.2025 whereby his representation has been rejected. He submits that the petitioner would explore other permissible legal avenue for challenging the above said rejection order. 3.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present contempt petition. 4.
