% 16.10.2019 Learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that they have arrived at a settlement with regard to the dispute between them and the settlement has been reduced in writing. A copy of the said settlement has been tendered to this Court and the same is taken on record. The aforesaid settlement agreement arrived at between the parties is dated 15th October, 2019.

In view of the aforesaid settlement between the parties, the appeal is disposed of along with the pending application. The parties are directed to remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 15th October, 2019.
