Pursuant to the order dated 21.07.2025, Mr. Harpreet Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, is present, as are the petitioners in three of the writ petitions, Mrs. Vandana Yadav, Mrs. Prity Arora, and Mrs. Poonam. Mr. Singh confirms that the services of all four petitioners have been terminated by respondent No.2 - Modern Child Public School, and that their appeals are pending before the Delhi School Tribunal ["Tribunal"].

These petitions, which are directed against orders of suspension, have therefore been rendered infructuous and are disposed of, alongwith all pending applications.

It is made clear that this order is not intended to prejudice the rights and contentions of the parties before the Tribunal.
