The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the learned Trial Court to expeditiously conclude the trial in connection with FIR No. 82/2017 under Section 3 of the Maharashtra Control of Organization Crime Act, 1999 registered with P.S. Crime Branch, New Delhi.

It is pointed out that the chargesheet was filed on 08.01.2018. 5.

This Court is not inclined to pass any orders which would indicate

that the present matter requires to be given any precedence over other matters, however, the learned ASJ is requested to conclude the trial in this case as expeditiously as possible considering his Board. 6.

It is also directed that the concerned police authorities shall not take any unnecessary adjournments and the IO shall ensure that he is present on all dates of hearing scheduled by the learned trial court. 7.

The petition is disposed of.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned court. 9.
