This is a petition seeking modification of the condition No. (iii) of para 24 of the order dated 27.09.2024 wherein the petitioner was required to mark his presence at the concerned police station on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 a.m.

It is stated by Mr. Bansal, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a daily wage earner and this condition affects his right of livelihood.

Issue notice.

Mr. Gahlot, learned APP accepts notice and states that this condition is necessary keeping in view the gravity of the offence. 5.

I am of the view that since the petitioner is a daily wage earner, the condition of marking presence at the police station on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 AM is affecting his right of livelihood. Therefore, the condition No. (iii) of para 24 is modified and the petitioner shall mark his presence before the concerned police station on the first Monday of every month at 9:00 AM and shall not be kept waiting for more than one hour.

Needless to add, all other terms and conditions of the order dated 27.09.2024 remains unchanged.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
