O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 421/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time for the learned Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render his award by a period of six months.

Noting the contents of the application and the learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice has given his consent for extension of time, the period for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render his award is extended by a period of six months w.e.f August 8, 2019.

The petition stands disposed of.
