% 29.04.2024 I.A. 9400/2024 in O.M.P. (COMM) 190/2021 The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - petitioner under order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC seeking to take on record the settlement agreement dated 04.04.2024 between the parties and the disposal of the petition challenging the arbitral award as per the terms of the agreement in the present matter and adjustment for part satisfaction of settlement consideration.

Learned counsel for the parties submits that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement through Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 04.04.2024.
