Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 403/2024 of Police Station Dabri for offence under Section 288/304A IPC on the ground that LRs of deceased have settled the disputes with the petitioner. 2.

On being pointed out that blood money cannot be sanctified by any civilized society, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition and requests that chargesheet may be filed expeditiously because for past more than one and a half year, chargesheet has not been filed. IO/SI Shankar undertakes to file the chargesheet within one week. The same be done without failure. 3.

As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
