W.P.(C) 419/2017 and CM No.1934/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal by way of review and if deemed appropriate and necessary, file substantive proceedings.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without making any comment and observation. If an application for review is filed, the same would be considered as per the parameters of the review.
