Mr. Rupal, Advocate appearing for the respondent-University submits that the impugned election have already been called off and notice has been issued by the Legal Service Society that during the process of election for the post of office bearers there were some difficulties/issues pointed out which remained unaddressed and the Legal Service Society will redress the same by devising a mechanism for facilitating the same. 2.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in case the need so arises.
