Learned counsel the petitioner submits that since the two public witnesses, who had earlier named the petitioner in the statement under Section 161 of Cr.P.C., have not identified the petitioner, before the Trial Court, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court for consideration of his bail application. 2.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner would always have liberty to approach the Trial Court in accordance with law.
