None appeared on behalf of the petitioner when the matter was called. Even perusal of the previous orders passed in the present matter reflect that no one has been appearing for the petitioner, and if some counsel appeared, time and again accommodation was sought to seek instructions 2.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6/Alok Khanna has alluded to previous order dated 26.02.2019 passed by this Court. 3.
The long and short of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No. 6 is that he had paid Rs.50,00,000/- to the petitioner towards part satisfaction of his claim, which was recorded in the order dated 26.09.2019 of this Court. It is further submitted that as recorded in the said order, the balance amount of Rs.1.50 crores has been paid in instalments which is reflected in para (v) of the application of the applicant towards full and final satisfaction.

In the light of the above, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the restraining order dated 19.02.1987 and 10.08.1987, 13.05.2019 & 26.02.2019 passed in CP No. 195 of 1987 are hereby recalled and the property bearing No. C-430, Defence Colony, New Delhi, 110024 in order to be released in favour of the applicant/respondent No.6 forthwith. 6.
