The appellant/petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 21.10.2019, passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 9841/2019. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, Mr. Mitra, learned counsel for the appellant states that instead of pressing the present appeal, he may be permitted to withdraw the same while reserving the right of the appellant to approach the learned Single Judge with an appropriate application for pointing out that the documents referred to in para 13(i), (ii) and (iv) of the impugned order, have in fact not been supplied to the appellant and they are relied upon documents (RUD's), contrary to what has been stated by learned LPA 714/2019

counsel for the respondents and recorded in para 17 of the impugned order. 3.
