O R D E R

% 15.10.2019 IA 14276/2019 This joint application has been filed by the parties with the following prayers:

"In light of the facts and circumstances set out hereinabove, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:- a) pass an Order taking on record the Memorandum of Understanding dated 10.102019 executed between the parties;

b) pass an Order to terminate the mandate of the Ld. Arbitrator so appointed; and c) pass such other / further order(s) / direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, equity and fair play."

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the parties that as the

parties have entered into a memorandum of settlement dated October 10, 2019, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator appointed by this court on September 27, 2019 be terminated.

In view of the fact that I have already taken on record the memorandum of understanding dated October 10 2019 and the submission made by the counsel for the parties that the parties shall adhere to the memorandum of understanding, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator appointed by this court on September 27, 2019 shall stand terminated. Application stands disposed of.
