By this application, the petitioner prays for modification of the Order dated 14.08.2024 of this Court inasmuch as there are two inadvertent typographical errors in the said order. 3.

In paragraph 4, it has been recorded that the common issue raised in the petitions is whether the revised pay as per the replacement recommended by the 5th Central Pay Commission (CPC), is required to be extended to the petitioners with effect from 01.01.1996 or from 10.08.1987. The petitioner/applicant submits that the date 10.08.1987 is an inadvertent error and instead, it should have The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The second inadvertent error pointed out by the petitioner/applicant in the said order is in paragraph 8 thereof, wherein the date of the order passed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 17711/2000, titled Jagmal Singh v. Union of India & Ors., has been referred to as 14.11.2022. It is actually 14.11.2002.

As these are mere typographical errors, they are corrected in the Order dated 14.08.2024, which shall be read accordingly. 6.
