The present bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory bail in the case FIR bearing no. 03/2024, registered at Police Station Cyber Police Station, Rohini, Delhi, for offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 („IPC‟).

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application.
