The present petition has been listed on office note enclosing therewith a letter received from ACMM-II, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. 2.

A plain reading of the said letter indicates that the learned ACMM has sought extension of time in a case captioned P.K. Abdullah v. State of NCT, but has incorrectly indicated the number of the said petition as W.P. (CRL) No. 3202/2019 (that is the above captioned petition). 3.

The above captioned petition was disposed of on 18.11.2019 and it is apparent that the said letter has been erroneously placed in this file. The Registry is directed to place the aforesaid letter in the correct file and place the same before the concerned Court.
