The petitioner is assailing the impugned order dated 09.01.2024, whereby the learned Trial Court has dismissed his application under Order VIII Rule 1A(3) r/w Section 151 of the CPC and thereby disallowed the petitioner to amend his written statement and to file further documents on the record.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner requests that she may be allowed to withdraw the present civil revision petition as she would rather rely and produce the documents in question during the evidence as per the law.

The present civil revision petition, along with the application for stay is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice. DHARMESH SHARMA, J.
