The present application has been filed on behalf of the respondents for release of the decretal amount deposited by the appellant. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that vide order dated 29th March, 2012, this Court had directed the appellant to deposit the decretal amount, which has been deposited by the appellant with the Registrar General of this Court.

It is submitted that since the present appeal has been dismissed in th default and for non-prosecution vide order dated 16 April, 2025, decretal amount as deposited by the appellant in this Court be released to the respondents.
