The matter has been received on transfer from Intellectual Property Appellate Board ('IPAB').

The Joint Registrar, in his order dated 8th February, 2023, has noted that none had been appearing on behalf of the petitioner, since 25th August, 2015, either before the IPAB or before this Court. 3.

The notice sent to the petitioner has been returned with the report "addressee left".

Subsequently, vide order dated 25th April 2023, this Court directed the service on the counsel who represented the petitioner before the IPAB. 5.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner today as well. 6.

In these circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition any further.
