At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a copy of order dated 22.03.2025 passed by the learned Trial Court in CC NO. 109/1/2014 (wrongly typed as 109/1/2024) entitled as "Union of India vs. Manish Jalhotra", the contents whereof are reproduced as under:- "Vide separate order of even date, application of applicant/accused Manish Jalhotra is allowed. Open dated warrants against applicant/accused Manish Jalhotra is cancelled. Applicant/ accused is allowed to appear through VC in complaint case No. 109/1/2014 till further order. Application stand disposed of.

Considering the aforesaid order, learned counsel for petitioner submits that since the earlier order dated 02.03.2015 declaring the petitioner as a Proclaimed Offender has been rendered infructuous, there is nothing surviving in the present petition.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy, if as and when required in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
