The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated 03.01.2024 passed by the learned Labour Court, POLC-III, Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi, in LC No.398/2023 titled as "Sh. Santosh Kumar vs. North Delhi Municipal Corporation", whereby the NBWs issued against the Deputy Commissioner, City SP Zone MCD along with warrants of attachment of salary of Deputy Commissioner, City SP Zone MCD in sum of Rs. 500/-. The petitioners herein are the managements before the learned Trial Court. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Labour Courts, POLC-III, Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi vide order dated 01.02.2024 has cancelled the NBWs and waived the fine.
