CRL.M.C. 5368/2019 After some arguments, I find no ground to interference with order dated 30.08.2019 passed by learned ASJ, Rohini Courts, in case FIR No. 100/19, registered u/s 498A/406/377/34 IPC, Police Station, Model Town whereby respondent no.2 was granted anticipatory bail. At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that respondent no.2 may be directed to return the dowry articles as

per the admitted list filed before CAW Cell.

Accordingly, I hereby direct the respondent no.2 to return the dowry articles within three weeks from today to the police station Model Town and on receipt of the dowry articles, the same shall be returned to the complainant/petitioner.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
