The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") has been filed impugning the order dated 12.01.2024 passed by the learned ADJ04, North, Rohini Courts, Delhi, in Ex. Civil 471/17 titled as "Instapower Ltd. Vs. Matharoo Constructions", whereby the residential property i.e. 2nd floor (duplex) bearing no. 31, Gopal Nagar, Azadpur, Delhi, of the petitioner herein was attached. The petitioner herein is the judgment debtor before the learned Trial Court.
