W.P.(CRL) 2981/2019 Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of condition Nos. (7) and (9) of the order dated 22nd July, 2019 passed by respondent No. 2 and for release of the petitioner on parole on furnishing requisite surety. However, in the status report dated 09th January, 2020, it is submitted that the parole granted vide order dated 22nd July, 2019 has been cancelled by the Competent Authority vide order dated 28th August, 2019.

The order dated 28th August, 2019 is challenged in W.P. (Crl.) 92/2020.
