1. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that having submitted a fresh form for reimbursement of the medical expenses incurred, he only wishes for a definite direction for disposal of his claim and release of the amounts in a time bound manner.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondents assures the Court that the Petitioner's fresh claim for reimbursement of medical expenses will be processed and the decision will be conveyed to the Petitioner not later than 1st December 2018. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by this decision, it will be open to him to seek other appropriate remedies available to him in

accordance with law.

3. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
