Learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem that the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal1, forming subject matter of challenge in this writ petition also forms subject matter of challenge in WP (C) 4428/20262 and WP (C) 4446/20263, which we have dismissed vide our judgment dated 6 April 2026. 2.

For the same reasons, following the said decision, this writ petition is also dismissed.
