Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the minor child has been allowed to attend classes for the last three days in Class 4th for the Academic Session 2024-2025 by the respondent-school. However, he submits that no official intimation has been given to the petitioner in this regard.

Per contra, Mr. N.K. Bhatnagar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the child has been granted admission under the th for the Economical Weaker Section ("EWS") category in Class 4 Academic Session 2024-2025. He further reiterates the fact that the child has been attending the classes for Class 4th for the last three days.
