The present petition has been filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking an appropriate writ directing the Respondent No.1- Registrar Co-operative Societies (hereinafter, 'RCS'), The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

GNCTD for early disposal of the execution application in respect of arbitration award dated 15th July, 2025 in Case No. 13/GH/ARB/20242025/369 (hereinafter, 'the award'). 5.

In terms of the award, certain amounts have to be released to the Petitioners and final relief was granted to the Petitioners in the following terms:

"In the given facts and circumstances I hereby, passed the award in favour of the claimant: Sh. Dharmesh Chand Goel & Smt. Madhulika Goel in accordance with the provisions of the Rule 85 of Delhi Co-operative Rules, 2007 read with the provisions of Section 71 of Delhi Co-operative Society Act 2003 and hold that the Respondent Nav Nirman CGH Society will make the payment to the claimant's w.e.f. claim filled by the claimant: Proceedings concluded on 30.06.2025 and kept for order/award."

Pursuant thereto, the Petitioners had filed an execution application for seeking execution of the award, before the RCS on 8th October, 2025. The grievance is that the execution petition is not being proceeded further by the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

RCS, hence a writ ought to be issued to the RCS. 7.

In the facts of this case, the only direction that the Court is inclined to pass is to direct the RCS to proceed with the execution application in an expeditious manner, in accordance with law. Let a decision be taken by the RCS in the same preferably in a period of six months. 8.

The present petition is disposed of in these terms. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
