The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No. 468/2024, dated 18.09.2024, registered under Sections 117(2)/79/351(3)/64(l)/74/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Khajuri Khas, District North East, Delhi. 2.

After some hearing, Mr. M.N.
