The present application is filed seeking modification of the order dated 08.08.2024.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

Para 20 of the order dated 08.08.2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of ₹20,000/- per month to Respondent No. 2, in the first seven days of every month. In case of non-compliance, Respondent No. 2 is at liberty to file an execution petition before the concerned Magistrate. 4.
