The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:
"A. Call for the Trial Court Record.
B. Pass an order thereby quashing the fir bearing no. 244/2019, u/s 498a/ 406/ 34 IPC, P.S- PaschimVihar West, Delhi and the proceeding arising out of it, pending in the Court of Ms. Aakansha Gautam, LD. MM. (Mahila Court), West, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi.
C. Pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case"
