This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks quashing of the impugned termination order dated 7th January, 2026 passed by Respondent No. 2, and a direction to the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner in service with all consequential benefits. 2.

At the outset, Mr. Arun Bhardwaj, Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, draws the attention of this Court to the departmental appeal pending before the Appellate Authority against the order passed by the Disciplinary Authority.

Discipline & Appeal Rules, 1980 of the Corporation, assailing the final termination order imposing the penalty of dismissal from service, is still pending consideration, this Court, at this stage, is not inclined to entertain the present petition. The Respondents are directed to decide the said appeal within the time period prescribed under the Rules. 4.

The Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. In the event the outcome of the appeal is not favourable to the Petitioner, he shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 5.
