Application is disposed of.

CRL.M.C. 6006/2019 & CRL.M.A. 41102/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction as under:- A. Allow the present petition and reduce the Bail Bond amount and pass the necessary order to Trial Court.

B. Set aside the impugned order dated 17.09.2019 passed by the Ld. Additional Session court, Patiala House Court in the revision petition no. 152 of 2019 and also order dated 10.04.2019 passed by Sh. Sumeet Anand, Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in the present complaint cases no. 12920/18, 14174/18, 13522/18, 13404/18, 1179/18 & 14049/18.

C. Stay the proceedings and reduce the amount of surety bonds and

consolidate the amount of bail bonds.

Vide order dated 21.11.2019 passed in Crl.M.C. 5926/2019 & Crl.M.C. 5928/2019, this Court with consent of the respondent reduced the surety amount to ₹1.5 lac each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The terms and conditions of order dated 21.11.2019 shall be applicable in the present case also.

I hereby make it clear that in the event the petitioner travels abroad and does not return to India, one of the properties of the petitioner may be confiscated.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to move an application in this behalf before the Trial Court indicating therein the details of such properties owned by him or his surety and the Trial Court shall pass an order accordingly.

It is further made clear that if the property of the surety is indicated for the above said purpose, the surety shall remain personally present in Court on the date of passing of the order before the Trial Court. The petition is disposed of.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
