The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking to quash the FIR No. 369/2015 registered under Sections 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station K.N. Katju Marg, Delhi.

The quashing of FIR No. 369/2015 has been sought on various grounds on merits.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel on behalf of the State submits that the Chargesheet has already been filed and the matter has been listed for arguments on Charge, before the learned Trial Court. 4.
