% 09.12.2019 The petitioner has prayed for parole for three months on the ground to maintain social ties, family relations, to curb inner stress and depression due to long incarceration in jail.

Learned ASC for the State has placed on record the statement of the mother of the petitioner where she does not want the petitioner to be released on parole and she is residing at her house peacefully. She further showed her apprehension that the petitioner could jump the parole as she as well as other family members have no control over the petitioner. She further stated that the petitioner resided somewhere in Delhi and also got married to an unknown lady in Delhi. She or her family

members also do not know about the petitioner's wife and residence of petitioner in Delhi. In view of the above facts appearing on record, the present petition stands dismissed and disposed of accordingly. BRIJESH SETHI, J DECEMBER 09, 2019 savita
