% 05.06.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) Mr. Gupta, ld. counsel for the non-applicant submits that the applicant - revisionist failed to even file the undertaking in pursuance of the directions given by the Court on 05.12.2019 when he was given time to vacate the premises till 04.06.2020. Mr. Gupta also strenuously contends that the premises are lying closed and the applicant is not conducting any kind of business activity therefrom and that, every attempt is being made to delay the handing over of the physical possession of the premises the eviction order in respect whereof has become final. Let the non-applicant file a detailed affidavit on the foregoing aspects two days before the adjourned date. List on 24.06.2020.
