The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 188/2022 of Police Station Pahar Ganj for offence under Section 302/307/34 IPC. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after framing of charges in this case as well as in the cross case as according to him, the incident alleged occurred in spur of the moment.
