Petitioner/husband has brought this petition seeking quashing of the maintenance proceedings initiated before the trial court by the present respondent no.2. Broadly speaking, it is alleged by the petitioner that respondent no.2 is resident of Ghaziabad, U.P., so Delhi Courts have no jurisdiction. But on being pointed out para 24 of the maintenance petition, which categorically pleads that she is residing in Delhi, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 2.
